1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the gb222 platform available at gb222.bio (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gb222 ("gb222", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. gb222 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notification of material changes will be communicated via the Platform or to your registered email address where practicable.

These Terms should be read alongside the gb222 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the complete agreement between you and gb222.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the gb222 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. gb222 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts permanently closed and any deposits refunded at gb222's discretion in accordance with its Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on the gb222 Platform. Holding multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary cooling-off period, or any other exclusion restriction applied by gb222 at your own request or at gb222's discretion.
• Not acting on behalf of a third party: You must be playing on your own behalf and using your own funds. You must not act as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other individual or entity.

gb222 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time requested may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of gb222 services, you are required to register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. gb222 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify gb222 immediately via the contact details provided on the Platform. gb222 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is the subject of a security concern pending investigation.

Account verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") is required before any withdrawal is processed. gb222 may request identity documents including a national ID, passport, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. gb222 may also carry out enhanced due diligence checks at its discretion at any stage of the account lifecycle.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gb222 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gb222 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your gb222 account balance within 1–3 minutes of a successful transaction. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 5 minutes. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. gb222 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which gb222 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts within 1–6 hours for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–3 business days for card-based methods (Visa, Mastercard). Withdrawals will only be paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. gb222 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may not be processed if the account has not completed KYC verification.

Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your gb222 account balance and wagered. Unplayed deposit balances may be refunded to the original payment method subject to identity verification and gb222's anti-fraud procedures. Any request for a refund of an unplayed balance must be submitted to gb222 support in writing.

Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and fees are denominated in BDT. gb222 does not apply hidden currency conversion charges. The ৳ symbol used throughout the Platform represents the Bangladeshi Taka.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

gb222 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer at the time of the promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all gb222 promotions unless otherwise stated include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players may not claim bonuses on behalf of third parties.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not used within the stated expiry period will be forfeited without further notice.
• gb222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where it determines that abuse, fraud, or a technical error has occurred.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, and per device or IP address.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to gb222 support and may be reclaimed by gb222 regardless of whether they have been wagered.

Players who are found to be systematically exploiting bonuses, employing bet-hedging strategies specifically intended to extract bonus value, or otherwise acting contrary to the spirit of the promotions programme may have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for further action.

6. Gameplay Rules

All casino games available on the gb222 Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested for fairness and statistical randomness. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

By participating in any casino game on the gb222 Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Casino outcomes are determined entirely by RNG technology and are not influenced by gb222 or any third party once a game round has commenced.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, the game engine's server-side result for that round will be deemed final and binding.
• If a game is found to contain a software error that resulted in incorrect odds, payout calculations, or game behaviour, gb222 reserves the right to void the affected game rounds and return the wagered stakes to the players concerned.
• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the bonus terms applicable to that promotion and may be subject to stake restrictions on certain game types.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface and may change without prior notice.

Live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are subject to the same principles above. Live game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and wheel-spinning processes, overseen by certified dealers and monitored by the respective provider's compliance teams.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The gb222 sports betting service covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports as published on the Platform from time to time. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the gb222 Platform:

• Settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). For cricket matches, the result at the close of the official last over — or as declared by the umpires — governs settlement.
• Abandoned events: Where an event is abandoned before its scheduled completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport as published on the Platform. In the absence of a specific rule, stakes will be returned.
• Void bets: gb222 reserves the right to void any bet placed on the basis of clearly erroneous odds caused by a data feed error, pricing error, or other technical fault. Voided bets result in full stake return.
• Maximum payout: A maximum payout limit per event and per player applies. Current limits are displayed on the Platform. Winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit will not be honoured.
• Live betting: Live in-play bet acceptance is subject to network latency, and in rare cases a bet may be accepted after the relevant in-play event has concluded. gb222 reserves the right to void any such bet where it can be demonstrated that the bet was accepted after the relevant outcome was known.
• Suspicious activity: gb222 reserves the right to withhold settlement pending investigation of any bet that it reasonably suspects was placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information, or other irregular activity.

8. Responsible Gaming

gb222 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. gb222 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all Players. gb222 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings or by contacting gb222 support.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality checks: Players may opt to receive periodic on-screen notifications reminding them of the time they have spent on the Platform during a session.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years by contacting gb222 support at [email protected]. 9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gb222 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Placing bets in connection with match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited, or using proxy servers, VPNs, or similar tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gb222 staff, support personnel, or other players.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the gb222 Platform, including but not limited to the gb222 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and promotional materials, is the property of gb222 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from gb222. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gb222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.

gb222 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. gb222 reserves the right to carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time, during which the Platform or parts of it may be temporarily unavailable. gb222 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.

gb222's total liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their gb222 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit gb222's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Privacy

gb222 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available on the Platform. By using the Platform, you consent to gb222's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gb222 implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit between your device and the Platform's servers. Personal and financial data is stored securely and is not shared with unauthorised third parties. gb222 may share data with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary to provide the Platform's services.

13. Termination and Account Closure

gb222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, and to void any pending bets or bonuses associated with that account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in any prohibited activity as described in Section 9.
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• Closure is required to comply with applicable law, regulatory guidance, or a lawful order from a competent authority.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk of financial crime, fraud, or harm to the integrity of the Platform.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting gb222 support. Verified account balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

14. Amendments to These Terms

gb222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the Platform at gb222.bio/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent version became effective.

Where changes are material, gb222 will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered email address or via a notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact gb222 support to arrange account closure.
